SINAPS Consult in AgroParisTech

On 19 February 2016, SINAPS Consult was invited by Parisian school AgroParisTech to take part in the teaching unit: "The sector of aquatic products".

This course is intended for Second Year Engineering students.

On this occasion, Fabrice Denis presented various aspect of marine fish farming. In particular:

- Specific husbandry techniques for cage farming.

- Issue of Offshore fish farming.

- Fish market, the example of Sea bass and Sea bream.

- Strategic analysis method based on the parametrization of production costs.
